ALUMNI PLATFORM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) between BUSINESS INTEGRATION PARTNERS S.P.A. (“BIP”) and the individual user (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) are aimed to govern and regulate the use of the [nome piattaforma] (the “Platform”). References in these terms and the Privacy Notice to BIP shall mean BUSINESS INTEGRATION PARTNERS S.PA.. and any of its affiliates. 

Please read these T&Cs with due attention.

By selecting "I Agree" below, or by using the Platform, you agree to these T&C in their entirety. Use of the Platform is also governed by the BIP Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy and you agree that all data you enter into the Platform may be accessed or used as set forth in BIP Privacy Policy and BIP Cookies Policy.

1.    The Purpose of the Website

Subject to our compliance with these T&C, BIP is providing You with a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of access contents and opportunities given by the registration to the platform 

2.    Registration and Security

To be allow to use the Platform, you must create a username, a password, and utilize required software. We may set standards for your username and password, and other security authentication and controls. We recommend that you change your password regularly and select a unique username and password combination for use only with the Website.

You accept that you are the only one responsible for keeping your username and password secret and for all activity that happens with your login information. You must tell us right away if you think or find out that your username or password has been lost or shared, or if someone is using them without your permission. We can remove your username or ask you to change your password anytime and for any reason. 

3.    User Behavior and Obligations

You agree that you will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws. By using the Platform, you agree not to (and you agree not to permit or assist any other person to):

  1. Don't pretend to be someone else.
  2. Don't use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes that are not allowed by these T&C.
  3. Don't use the Platform in a way that harms, breaks, or interferes with the Platform itself, the networks you use to access or use the Platform, or other users' use of the Platform. This includes sending or uploading, on purpose or not, any virus, such as f a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment 
  4. Access or attempt to access any Website account for which you have no access authorization, or duplicate, modify, distribute, or display any of the data or files from any such account.
  5. Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Website.

If You buy an online course from a third party different from BIP, Different terms and conditions may apply to your use of any linked sites, and you are encouraged to review them. If you decide to access linked websites that are operated by third parties not affiliated with Wells Fargo, you do so at your own risk. 

4.    Disclaimers

  1. You acknowledge that BIP is not responsible for and does not assume any liability for any user’s acts or omissions on the BIP, whether authorized or unauthorized by BIP. 
  2. You acknowledge that BIP is not responsible of any content, document or post posted or published by other Users.
  1. You acknowledge that the Platform may contain links to other websites from time to time that are operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of those website and are not responsible for the availability of them. To the extent of the applicable laws, BIP will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. 
  1. You acknowledge that any comment, information, communication provided by BIP on whatsoever topic provided in answering to a question from you cannot be considered in any cases a consultancy activity, an opinion or an advice of any kind.
  2. You acknowledge that the sole and unique purpose of the Platform is to share contents, attend events, networking and new business opportunity scouting. 

Limitation of Warranties: As far as the law or regulation allows, we give no warranties of any kind for Platform, either express or implied, including, implied warranties of quality or suitability for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be continuous or error free, that faults will be fixed, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful elements. The Platform is offered for free and as-is. You agree that you will use the Platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: BIP and its officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensors, or third-party service providers are not liable for any consequential (including loss of data, files, profit, or goodwill or the costs of procurement of substitute goods or service) damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, or punitive damages. This is true whether these damages occur in an action under contract, or from negligence or any other theory, arising out of, or in connection with, this Platform or the inability to use the Platform.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify BIP against any and all losses suffered by BIP as a consequence/ results or in connection to your misuse of the Platform.

5.    Intellectual Property

You agree that, unless otherwise expressly stated, all content on the Platform, such as advertisements, pictures, sounds, text graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, including how they are collected, arranged, and put together, belongs to BIP and/or third parties (collectively, the "BIP Materials").

The trademarks, logos, and service marks shown on the Platform (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered trademarks of BIP, or third parties. You may not use, copy, change, or modify these Trademarks or copy, show, distribute, transfer, link to, license, frame, change, make derivative works of, or republish any part of BIP Materials for any commercial or public purpose. The Website does not give you (by implication or otherwise) any permission or right to use any Trademarks or BIP Materials without the written approval of BIP, or the third party that owns the rights to such Trademarks or BIP Materials.

6.         DATA PRIVACY

BIP, as Data Controller, ensures that User’s Personal Data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR’s principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

7.         MISCELLANEA 

No waiver of rights: any waiver by BIP whether expressed or implied of any breach or non-observance of any term of these T&Cs shall in any way not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or non-observance. 

Amendments: You acknowledge that any variation, waiver or consent on these T&Cs may be effective only to the extent for which it is made or given and will be communicated in writing by BIP.

Severability: in the event any court or other competent authority declares any provisions of these T&Cs ineffective, void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall not affect the effectiveness, validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of these T&Cs and they shall be read and construed and take effect for all purposes as if that part were not contained herein.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These T&Cs  are to be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Italy. Any and all disputes between You and BIP arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
